Joshua Ewing Logan, son of Young Logan and Sarah “Sally” Graham Logan, was born 13 November 1829 in Allen County, Kentucky. He married Martha “Mattie” L. Green, daughter of John S. Green and Jane Morris Green. Mattie Green was born 5 June 1836 in Kentucky.
