Thomas Thackston / Thaxton and Hannah Williamson Thackston / Thaxton had several children (listed below). Two of their daughters, Matilda and Sarah, married two Logan brothers, William and Reuben, sons of Zachariah and Margaret “Peggy” Brown Logan. The William and Reuben Logan families moved from Allen County, Kentucky, to southern Illinois. Later, both families moved to Cherokee County, Kansas.
