Carroll Bias Logan was the son of Zachariah Logan and Margaret “Peggy” Brown Logan. He was born in Kentucky (if 1814, Warren County; if 1816, Allen County). He married Lucinda “Lucy” Ann Venable 26 September 1835 in Allen County, Kentucky. Carroll Bias Logan — Bias Logan or C.B. Logan — died 31 December 1852 in Grand Cote Prairie, Perry County, Illinois. Carroll Bias Logan and Lucy Logan’s burial sites are unknown. A possibility is Spring Hill Cemetery. Spring Hill overlooks Grand Cote Prairie. His coffin cost $5.
